The work will primarily take place outdoors and may involve traveling between residences within the same area. The ideal candidate is practical, proactive, physically capable, and comfortable adapting to changing priorities as needed.\nLocation: Miami, with work across multiple residences\nFlexibility to work evenings, after hours, and weekends when needed, sometimes on short notice\nTravel between nearby residences is expected, with minimal out-of-town travel to other residences\nLocal candidates only, please\nResponsibilities\nPerform general property maintenance and physically demanding tasks as needed\nSafely lift and move heavy items in accordance with applicable safety standards\nCarry and climb ladders as required\nAssist with minor demolition and light construction projects\nOperate a gas-powered pressure washer\nComplete light landscaping and general grounds maintenance\nClean and maintain rain gutters\nPower wash exterior surfaces and other areas as needed\nAssist with light painting projects\nRun local errands related to property maintenance and operations\nStock and replenish supplies at residences\nAssist with seasonal tasks, including holiday decorating\nSupport the facilities and construction team with general property upkeep and maintenance projects\nAdjust working hours and priorities when urgent maintenance needs arise\nQualifications\nGraduate degree or technical college degree\nBackground in construction, skilled trades, or a related field\nBasic understanding of residential electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems\nPrevious property or estate maintenance experience preferred\nComfortable performing physical work, including lifting, climbing ladders, and working outdoors\nDependable, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as part of a team\nAble to speak and write English;
