We offer:\nCompetitive compensation \nWeekly pay \nMedical, Dental & Vision Insurance (effective Day 1) \n401(k) with Company Match \nPaid Time Off and Paid Holidays \nCareer growth and advancement opportunities \nEmployee Referral Program \nA collaborative, team-oriented culture \nStable, growing company with long-term career opportunities \nPosition Overview\nDMA Industries is seeking a motivated and experienced Inbound Replenishment Supervisor to lead our receiving operations within our Distribution Center.\nThis role is responsible for Overseeing all inbound freight activities, including replenishment, receiving, unloading, quality inspections, inventory reconciliation, staging, and put-away of imported containers, domestic vendor shipments, and intercompany transfers.\nThe Inbound Replenishment Supervisor leads a team of Quality Control Inspectors and Material Handling Associates while ensuring all inbound shipments are processed accurately, safely, and on schedule.\nThis position plays a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting customer order fulfillment.\nWe're looking for a hands-on leader who enjoys coaching teams, solving problems, improving processes, and driving operational excellence.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead and supervise all daily inbound replenishment operations.\nManage the unloading, inspection, staging, and put-away of inbound freight.\nVerify shipments against manifests and investigate shortages, overages, or damaged goods.\nMaintain and update the Master Receiving Schedule.\nEnsure compliance with all receiving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).\nSupervise and coach Quality Control Inspectors and Material Handling Associates.\nCoordinate staffing and daily labor assignments to meet operational demands.\nMonitor department productivity and report KPI performance.\nPartner closely with Supply Chain, Operations, and Warehouse leadership.\nMaintain organized receiving documentation and records.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvements that increase efficiency and accuracy.\nPromote a culture focused on safety, teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.\nRequirements\nRequirements\nWhat We're Looking For:\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma or GED required \nAssociate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred \nMinimum 3 years of warehouse receiving, shipping, or distribution experience \nPrevious supervisory experience leading teams of 3-10 employees \nExperience working in fast-paced warehouse or distribution environments \nStrong computer skills including: Microsoft Excel \n Microsoft Word \n Email \n ERP/Warehouse Management Systems \n\nExcellent organizational and time management skills \nStrong communication and leadership abilities \nAbility to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines \nPreferred Skills\nExperience with inventory control and receiving reconciliation \nKPI reporting and operational metrics \nLean or continuous improvement mindset \nProblem-solving and decision-making skills \nAbility to coach and develop employees \nWhat Makes You Successful\nYou thrive in this role if you:\nLead by example and enjoy working alongside your team \nStay organized in a fast-paced environment \nCommunicate effectively across departments \nTake ownership and solve problems proactively \nHold yourself and your team accountable \nFocus on accuracy, safety, and continuous improvement \nPhysical Requirements\nRegular standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the workday \nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds (assistance required for heavier items) \nComfortable working in a warehouse environment \nAbility to use computers and warehouse equipment as needed \nAdditional Information\nSchedule may change based on business needs.
