SAP Certification in FICO shall be preferred.\n\nEXPERIENCE : Total 13+ years of experience with min 8 years of SAP.\n\nDESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE : \n\n- SAP FI Configuration / process knowledge.\n\n- Min 1 end to end implementation of SAP FI.\n\n- Knowledge of Duties & Taxation in business & SAP.\n\n- Min 8 years of SAP FI implementation + support experience with preferably min 5 yrs of domain experience in retail / CPG / FMCG industry.\n\n- Sound knowledge of business process & best practices around bookkeeping, accounts, financial statements, closure of books, depreciation, asset, IND_AS (Indian Accounting Standard), management, treasury, GAAP, IFRS, SOX, Indian direct / indirect duties / taxes etc.\n\n- Knowledge of SDLC, ISO / CMM, ITIL, software testing certifications / knowledge shall be an added advantage.\n\n- People management, lead & mentored team of min 5-10 members.\n\n- Candidate should be open to work in new dimension areas like integration through CPI, BTP, etc. with digital stack of business processes, explore / evaluate new dimension modules of SAP like S/4 HANA, BPC, etc.\n\nKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED : \n\n- Hands on SAP configuration & processes of FI, REFX for 8 years, min. Knowledge of CO, S/4, TRM, BPC will be an added advantage.\n\n- Strength in understanding of business processes / functionalities around bookkeeping, accounts, financial statements, closure of books, depreciation, asset management, treasury, accounting standards, GAAP, IFRS, SOX, Indian direct / indirect duties / taxes etc.\n\n- Ability to plan, coordinate, and direct the work of cross-department teams engaged in various professional, technical, and support functions and to do requirement study with function.\n\n- Quick at understanding the business issues, pain points and challenges of org.\n\n- Knowledgeable on implementation + project + support related processes, issue tracking & management.\n\n- Effective resource & time management.\n\n- Knowledge of Best practices in function.\n\n- Delivers informative, well-organized presentations and can communicate difficult / sensitive information tactfully.\n\n- Should possess good technical understanding and preferably Retail background - understanding of warehouse / supply chain / logistics / c&f is an added plus.\n\nPROFESSIONAL QUALITIES : \n\n- Communicates effectively with users to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.\n\n- Manages user expectations effectively.\n\n- Proactively seeks opportunities to serve in leadership roles.\n\n- Believes in Teamwork and facilitates effective team interaction.\n\n- Able to lead team and is a self-starter and is able to drive projects.\n\n- Develops relationships with user departments that foster ties.\n\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES : \n\n- Primary POC (point of contact) & lead for enhancements, support in & around SAP FI / AA / AM / TRM. Leads maintenance & support, enhancement & project team related to above associated business processes. May have to look into related modules like PM, PS, xECM, SD, too.\n\n- Design, customize, configure and testing of FI. Continually review the SAP modules and identify areas for improvement.\n\n- Work with clients to implement changes that improve their business processes and problem management.\n\n- Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members.\n\n- Drive & manages maintenance & support, enhancements & projects effectively towards completion in time, meeting SLAs, using resources judiciously & effectively and high productivity. Plan implementations with least calculated risks with mitigation / rollback / alternative plans.\n\n- Manages resources (external & internal) and partners in accordance with project schedule. Use them judiciously & effectively, ensuring high productivity.\n\n- Apprising all stakeholders especially reporting head regularly & escalating (if necessary).\n\n- Maintains all proper documents related to project in accepted formats as per known standards.\n\n- Training team and end users.\n\n- Effective testing of changes. Leads testing efforts.\n\n- Does business process study with the help of a business team. Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.
