A team player with excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.\n\n- Ability to plan, coordinate, and direct the work of cross-department teams engaged in various professional, technical, and support functions and to do requirement study with function.\n\n- Quick at understanding the business issues, pain points and challenges of org.\n\n- Knowledgeable on implementation + project + support related processes, issue tracking & management\n\n- Effective resource & time management\n\n- Knowledge of Best practices in function\n\n- Knowledge of testing and quality\n\n- Analysis of business processes, Performance analysis, Root cause analysis\n\n- Good communication, presentation skills\n\n- Knowledge of SDLC, ISO /CMM, ITIL, software testing certifications /knowledge, project \nmanagement, vendor & resource management.\n\n- Adept in multitasking\n\n- Resource management skills\n\n- Should possess good technical understanding and preferably Retail background understanding of warehouse /supply chain /logistics / c&f is an added plus.\n\nPROFESSIONAL QUALITIES :\n\n- Communicates effectively with users to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.\n\n- Manages user expectations effectively.\n\n- Proactively seeks opportunities to serve in leadership roles.\n\n- Believes in Teamwork and facilitates effective team interaction.\n\n- Able to lead team and is a self-starter and is able to drive projects\n\n- Develops relationships with user departments that foster ties.\n\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES :\n\n1. Primary POC (point of contact) - for solutioning, enhancements in & around SAP MM /WM. Leads enhancement & project team related to above associated business processes. May have to look into related modules like QM, SD too\n\n2. Design, customize, configure and testing of MM /WM. Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements. Continually review the SAP modules and identify areas for improvement.\n\n3. Work with clients to implement changes that improve their business processes\n\n4. Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members\n\n5. Drive & manages enhancements & projects effectively towards completion in time, meeting SLAs. Plan implementations with least calculated risks with mitigation /rollback /alternative plans.\n\n6. Manages resources (external & internal) and partners in accordance with project schedule. Use them judiciously & effectively, ensuring high productivity.\n\n7. Apprising all stakeholders especially reporting head regularly & escalating (if necessary).\n\n8. Maintains all proper documents related to project in accepted formats as per known standards\n\n9. Handing over of the enhancement /project to support team with KT\n\n10. Training team and end users\n\n11. Effective testing of changes. Leads testing efforts\n\n12. Does business process study with the help of a business team. Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution. Draft RFP and RFQs, evaluate partners & various solutions offerings from vendors.\n\n13. Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner during testing.\n\n14. Able to manage teams effectively and with better productivity\n\n15. Plans effectively, sets priorities, and manages several complex projects simultaneously while working to meet project deadlines.\n\n16.
