We prioritize technical excellence and cultivate a collaborative environment for independent and team-based work, reflecting our commitment to professional growth and providing forward-thinking solutions to clients. \nResponsibilities\nPrograms applications in accordance with DMC programming standards and best practices to meet and exceed customer requirements\nCommissions solutions at customer sites (domestic/international travel as needed), troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems \nWorks with most industrial PLC/HMI/SCADA platforms (Siemens, Rockwell, Ignition, etc.)\nContinuously learns relevant technologies with guidance, gaining knowledge in sales, business development, and project processes\nSupports system architecture design, performs engineering tasks at all stages, and takes on both leading and supporting roles\nMentors and technically advises new team members\nConveys deliverables to customers through various communication methods and develops and maintains relationships\nRequirements\nMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship now or in the future.\nBachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering (or related field)\nMinimum GPA of 3.4\n5-7+ years of relevant experience \nProficient in programming, including text-based languages and object-oriented concepts\nQuickly learns new technologies, understands complex systems, and builds on established patterns and models\nEfficiently manages multiple projects, works directly with customers, and responds to their needs\nExperience designing projects in industrial automation systems (e.g. PLCs, Motion Control, Process Control, HMI, SCADA, Robots, Machine Vision, etc.)\nInterest in working across a variety of industries\nExperience leading and/or mentoring technical project teams (preferred) \nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop project proposals\n25% - 40% travel\nCompensation:\nStarting compensation is based on industry, relevant experience and location standards. \nEngineer Levels II & III (3-5 years relevant experience): $95,000 - $115,000\nEngineering Levels III & Above (5-10 years relevant experience): $115,000 -
