We have an exceptional onboarding and training program to help align your skillset with our technical offerings. \nResponsibilities: \nAll engineers at DMC focus on programming and software solutions, such as:Controls programming including food and beverage processing and packaging, automotive assembly lines, and packaging machinery controls\nDesign and develop automated test systems using LabVIEW, TestStand, C#, and Python for a variety of industries and applications, including, EV battery, aerospace and rocket, turnkey, and cloud-enabled test and measurement systems\nConsult with clients on status updates, maintaining positive rapport while addressing requests\nTravel to customer manufacturing sites for solution commissioning, including troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems\n\nCollaborate with project teams of varying sizes and experience levels\nAssist senior engineers in scoping, estimating, and proposing new projects\nManage tasks with project teams, prioritizing needs and addressing risks and roadblocks\nDevelop and grow leadership skills\nNote: 25-50% travel is required for some positions, with additional benefits for higher travel commitment \nRequirements \nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or related field \nMinimum GPA of 3.4 \nInterest and ability to program in text-based languages and object-oriented
