Job Purpose\nEmpolo Addis Trading PLC is seeking a motivated, energetic, and customer-oriented Junior Sales Representative to support the company's sales activities, identify new customers, promote steel door products, and contribute to achieving sales targets. \n2. Key Responsibilities\nIdentify and approach potential customers, including contractors, real estate developers, construction companies, and individual buyers.\n\nPromote the company's steel door products and explain their features and benefits.\n\nConduct customer visits and construction site visits to generate sales opportunities.\n\nFollow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and prospective orders.\n\nSupport the preparation of quotations and sales reports.\n\nRecord customer information, sales activities, and follow-ups accurately in the company's CRM system.\n\nCoordinate with the Sales Supervisor regarding customer requirements, orders, and delivery updates.\n\nWork toward achieving assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.\n\n3. Qualifications and Experience\nDiploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales or a related field.\n\nPrevious experience in sales, customer service, steel doors, or construction materials is an advantage.\n\nAn interest in B2B sales and business development is desirable.\n\n4. Required Skills\nStrong willingness to learn and develop sales skills.\n\nCustomer-focused attitude and a positive mindset.\n\nBasic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.\n\nGood organization, time management, and follow-up skills.\n\nAbility to work independently, visit customers, and achieve sales targets.\n\n5. Performance Evaluation\nPerformance will be evaluated based on new customer acquisition, productive customer visits, follow-up activities, quotation conversion, CRM accuracy, and achievement of assigned sales targets.\n6.
