(BIM SME Task) • Train and support team members in BIM tools and best practices. (BIM SME Task)\n\nDesign Review • Ensure that the design report is complete from the design and construction point of view and issue the value engineering report if any for all projects.\n\nConsultant & Site Coordination • Monitor and notify any variation orders during the construction phase, coordinating timely documentation and approvals. • Attend site meetings to address and resolve technical issues in collaboration with the site team, ensuring smooth project implementation.\n\nOther Job-Related Duties • Perform any additional duties related to the role as assigned by the direct manager. 2025 Job Description Team Management\n\nOversee and evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with departmental goals and objectives.\n\nDrive team development by identifying skill gaps, providing feedback, and implementing targeted growth initiative.\n\nDesign and implement technical and soft skills training plans to support team development.
