Responsibilities\n\n Project Scheduling & Time Management \n\nReview project documentation to establish the initial timeline, confirm delivery deadlines, and support the development of tender schedules and narrative reports in alignment with project requirements.\n\nDevelop and maintain the project baseline schedule using Primavera P6, covering shop drawings, procurement, and construction activities.\n\nUpdate and control project schedules on a weekly, biweekly, and monthly basis to reflect actual progress and approved changes.\n\n Resource & Manpower Planning \n\n Prepare initial manpower and resource plans, when required, to support project planning and execution. \n\nDevelop manpower histograms aligned with project schedules and resource requirements.\n\nProgress Monitoring & Reporting\n\nPrepare detailed monthly progress reports, including S-curves, shop drawing status, procurement status, site progress photos, invoice tracking and status, variation orders, layouts, delays, and identified areas of concern. \n\n Develop and deliver monthly progress and performance presentations to top management, covering project progress, quality status, safety performance, and key risks. \n\nSchedule Control, Claims & Delay Analysis \n\n Perform delay analysis and schedule impact assessments in support of contractual and commercial requirements.\n\nPrepare claims-related planning deliverables, including delay impact reports and Primavera (XER) files.\n\n Operational Planning & Performance Dashboards\n\nPrepare the Annual Operational Plan (AOP) by developing internal schedules based on approved variation orders, billing sheets, and inputs received from the Technical Office team.\n\nExtract remaining target distributions and update quarterly performance dashboards. \n\n Maintain and issue the PCS Monthly Dashboard, reflecting updated targets, target billing, quality status, safety status, and identified areas of concern, in coordination with Cost Control and Contracts teams.\n\nProcurement Planning & Coordination \n\n Develop strategic procurement plans by analyzing Primavera schedules received from site planning teams. \n\n Distribute remaining quantities in alignment with the approved Bill of Quantities (BOQ).\n\nRequirements\nJob Requirements\n\nExcellent knowledge of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other project management tools.\n\nStrong understanding of project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.\n\nAbility to analyze project performance and identify potential delays and risks.\n\nKnowledge of project control techniques, including critical path analysis, earned value management, and schedule variance analysis.\n\nFamiliarity with construction methodologies, project documentation, and reporting
