and Responsibilities:\nReview shop drawings and compare them with the design drawings.\n\nPrepare the required quantity take-offs for materials and equipment.\n\nReview work requirements for equipment and materials and prepare the necessary purchase requests.\n\nAssist the Construction Manager in developing the procurement plan according to the project schedule.\n\nAssist the Construction Manager in preparing the manpower and equipment requirements plan.\n\nReceive materials delivered to the project in accordance with the project specifications and submit them to the consultant for approval.\n\nMonitor and supervise the execution of mechanical works within the approved budget and according to the required quality standards.\n\nHand over completed mechanical works to the consultant engineer upon completion.\n\nRequirements\n\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.\n\n2-4 years of experience in mechanical construction projects, including plumbing, drainage, and utility networks.\n\nStrong knowledge of shop drawings, technical specifications, and construction standards.\n\nExperience in quantity surveying, material take-offs, and cost control.\n\nFamiliarity with procurement processes and material submittals.\n\nAbility to supervise site activities and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams.\n\nProficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.\n\nKnowledge of project planning and scheduling tools is an advantage.\n\nStrong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to work under pressure and meet project
