Track remaining target distributions and update the quarterly dashboard.\n\n PCS Monthly Dashboard:\nUpdate the monthly dashboard to reflect updated targets, billing, quality status, safety metrics, and areas of concern; coordinate with Cost Control and Contracts teams.\n\n Strategic Procurement Plan:\nExtract P6 files from site planning teams and prepare a strategic procurement plan based on remaining quantities from BOQ.\n\n Monthly Progress Meeting Presentation:\nPrepare comprehensive monthly progress reports tracking project performance, including quality and safety indicators, for top management.\n\n Taking Over Certificate (TOC):\nStay informed and coordinated regarding project handover processes and documentation.\n\nRequirements\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in engineering with specialization in construction management\n\n5-6 years of experience in Planning and Project Controls within the construction industry.\n\nProficiency in Primavera P6 for project scheduling, baseline development, updating, and delay analysis.\n\nStrong knowledge of project planning, scheduling techniques, and resource allocation.\n\nExperience in preparing baseline schedules, manpower histograms, cost-loaded schedules, and progress reports.\n\nAbility to perform delay analysis, claims preparation, and extension of time (EOT) assessments.\n\nFamiliarity with procurement planning and strategic procurement management.\n\nExperience in preparing S-Curves, dashboards, KPIs, and project performance reports.\n\nGood understanding of construction project lifecycle, shop drawings, procurement, execution, handover, and closeout processes.\n\nKnowledge of contract administration, variation orders (VOs), and billing procedures.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.\n\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\n\nExcellent communication, coordination, and report-writing abilities.\n\nAbility to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams including Technical Office, Cost Control, Contracts, Procurement, and Site Teams.\n\nExperience in preparing presentations and reports for senior management.\n\nFamiliarity with Taking Over Certificate (TOC) and project handover requirements is preferred.\n\nPMP, PSP (Planning & Scheduling Professional), or equivalent certification is an advantage.\n\nStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
