Track remaining target distributions and update the quarterly dashboard.\n\n PCS Monthly Dashboard: • Update the monthly dashboard to reflect updated targets, billing, quality status, safety metrics, and areas of concern; coordinate with Cost Control and Contracts teams.\n\n Strategic Procurement Plan: • Extract P6 files from site planning teams and prepare a strategic procurement plan based on remaining quantities from BOQ.\n\n Monthly Progress Meeting Presentation: • Prepare comprehensive monthly progress reports tracking project performance, including quality and safety indicators, for top management.\n\n Taking Over Certificate (TOC):\n\n Stay informed and coordinated regarding project handover processes and documentation.
