This person brings a genuinely good-natured, service-oriented approach and takes real pride in being the steady, dependable presence that keeps daily life running seamlessly.Responsibilities\nPersonal & Family Support\nManage and maintain family calendars, appointments, and scheduling, including medical appointments, children's activities, educational commitments, and social engagements\nCoordinate domestic and international travel for the family and extended family, including itineraries, accommodations, and last-minute changes\nCoordinate personal appointments, errands, and day-to-day requests for the family\nSupport with gifting, holiday planning, charitable donations, and special projects as needed\nAssist with personal bill payments, insurance claims, and related administrative documentation\nPrimary Home Support\nManage daily mail, packages, returns, and household deliveries\nSource, schedule, and coordinate vendors and service providers, overseeing maintenance visits when appropriate\nHelp implement and manage household software, organizational systems, and digital records\nCoordinate with the Estate Manager regarding family visits to other residences and support family events as needed\nLifestyle Support\nDrive the children as requested and assist with activity logistics\nProvide occasional evening, weekend, and travel support as needed, including traveling ahead of the family when requested\nMaintain the family's safety, security, privacy, and confidentiality at all times\nQualifications\nMust be local to the Bay Area\n5+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant in a private household setting\nHighly organized, efficient, and thorough\nGenuine enjoyment of working with and around older children\nComfortable with a fast-paced schedule and last-minute changes\nDiscreet, trustworthy, and adaptable\nWillingness to travel occasionally, including ahead of the family when needed\nA genuinely good-natured, service-oriented approach; no task considered \"not my job\"\nLegally authorized to work in the US\nWillingness to undergo an in-depth background check\nCompensation & Benefits\n$140,000-$160,000 base salary | Commensurate with experience\n$600 healthcare stipend for the employee\n401(k) plan\n2 weeks of PTO\n5 paid sick days\nDM Estate Staffing is a domestic staffing firm headquartered in Silicon Valley, dedicated to connecting exceptional Private Service Professionals with private clients and family offices across the United States.
