Brand Designer

About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity in Mail Metro Media for a commercially-minded creative to support the sales, marketing and insight teams with their design needs as a Brand Designer. This is a fast-paced role, where you will help bring ideas to life, whether that be a partnership strategy response, an insight narrative or event branding.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist with supporting the sales, marketing and insight teams design needs
- Work in partnership with other designers, sales, marketing and insight teams to produce materials that appeal to clients and agencies
- Produce supporting user journey visuals for pitch presentations
- Be the main point of contact for the New Media Team
- Work in collaboration with colleagues across different departments
- Meet project deadlines whilst ensuring that all work is produced to a high standard
Person Specification
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a commercial/marketing environment
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffects
- A good knowledge of print and digital media
- Able to respond well to direction, or lack of direction in some instances, under pressure and within short-time scales
- Excellent general design skills and a good eye for details
- Good communication skills
- Able to work in a team, but also on own initiative with a flexible attitude
- Able to bring commercial proposals to life through the development of client-focused mock-ups
- Good understanding of the online marketplace
- Keen to learn more and develop your design skills
