This is a hands-on editorial role for a journalist with exceptional news judgment, strong commissioning and editing skills, and a deep understanding of American politics and culture and global affairs.\nThe Opinion Editor will shape a distinctive and engaging commentary agenda, commission compelling voices and respond quickly to breaking news and the stories driving the national conversation.
