Learn more at www.dminc.com\nAbout the Opportunity\nDMI is seeking an experienced Active Directory Administrator to join us. This position is responsible for administering and maintaining the enterprise directory services environment, ensuring secure identity lifecycle management, authentication services, and directory availability for a geographically dispersed workforce.\nThe ideal candidate will have experience supporting complex Microsoft Active Directory environments, Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), Group Policy, and identity management technologies while partnering with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and customer support teams to deliver secure and reliable enterprise services.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nAdminister and maintain enterprise Active Directory and Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) environments supporting user authentication and identity services.\nManage the complete identity lifecycle, including account provisioning, modifications, deprovisioning, and access reviews.\nCreate and maintain Organizational Units (OUs), security groups, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and delegated administrative permissions.\nSupport Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign-On (SSO), and directory synchronization services.\nMonitor directory health, replication, authentication services, and overall system performance.\nTroubleshoot identity, authentication, authorization, and Group Policy issues across enterprise environments.\nCollaborate with Information Security teams to implement identity governance, privileged access management, and Zero Trust security initiatives.\nDevelop and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and configuration standards.\nSupport change management activities, system upgrades, and technology modernization initiatives.\nEnsure compliance with federal security policies, organizational standards, and ITIL service management practices.\nQualifications\nEducation and Years of Experience:\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).\n5+ years of experience administering Microsoft Active Directory in enterprise environments.\nExperience with Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID), Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, and identity management.\nExperience supporting Windows Server environments.\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.\nExcellent communication and customer service skills.\nRequired Skills & Certifications:\nExperience supporting HHS or other Federal agencies.\nMicrosoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate or equivalent.\nExperience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), Microsoft Intune, or hybrid cloud identity solutions.\nFamiliarity with PowerShell scripting and automation.\nITIL Foundation Certification\nMin Citizenship Status Required: Must be a U.S. Citizen\nPhysical Requirements: No physical requirements needed for this position.\nLocation: Atlanta, Georgia\nMinimum Salary Rate\n$57,393.00Median Salary Rate\n$62,246.00Working at DMI\nDMI is a diverse, prosperous, and rewarding place to work.
