Learn more at www.dminc.com\nAbout the Opportunity\nDMI is seeking aSolaris/LINUX System Administrator to join our team.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nMaintaining and administering Oracle on Solaris and LINUX\nAdminister and setup Apache\nWork with multi-tiered clustered environments\nServes as the lead specialist on Solaris issues and provide team coordination\nProvide technical and infrastructure support services for Solaris OS based servers and systems, including but not limited to Systems Administration of UNIX (Solaris), DNSSec, SFTP and other Solaris based services\nAdministers and configures network hardware and software resources, such as servers, DNS, databases, and provides protocol and connectivity support to developers of web-enabled applications\nDevelops, monitors, and maintains utilities and procedures to perform periodic maintenance, backups, shutdowns, recoveries, and diagnostics\nEvaluates, recommends, and installs software and hardware to facilitate and monitor network throughput and control load balancing\nAbility to produce custom reports from the help desk tickets submitted by the users in timely manner.\nExtensive experience communicating with the software system users on the regular basis to address their issues/requests.\nExcellent analytical skills.\nFunctional knowledge of relevant DoD hosted software systems.\nQualifications\nEducation and Years of Experience:\nMust have a BA/BS Diploma and 10 years of work experience.\nClearance Requirements: Must possess a Secret security clearance.\nCitizenship Status Required: Must be a U.S. Citizen\nPhysical Requirements: None required for this position.\nLocation: Remote, US\nMinimum Salary Rate\n$124,301.00Median Salary Rate\n$134,017.50Working at DMI\nDMI is a diverse, prosperous, and rewarding place to work.
