Learn more at www.dminc.com\nAbout the Opportunity\nDMI is seeking an Application Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Support Specialist to support mission-critical applications. This role provides operational support for enterprise applications by monitoring system performance, troubleshooting incidents, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring high application availability.\nThe successful candidate will work closely with application owners, infrastructure engineers, developers, and Service Desk teams to deliver reliable application services that support CDC's mission.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nMonitor enterprise applications to ensure availability, reliability, and optimal system performance.\nInvestigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents while meeting established service level agreements.\nPerform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.\nCoordinate application deployments, maintenance windows, upgrades, and patch implementation activities.\nSupport application configuration, testing, validation, and production releases.\nDocument operational procedures, technical runbooks, and troubleshooting guides.\nCollaborate with infrastructure, database, network, and cybersecurity teams to resolve complex issues.\nMaintain accurate incident, problem, and change records using ServiceNow.\nParticipate in after-hours maintenance and operational support activities when required.\nIdentify opportunities for automation and continuous process improvement.\nQualifications\nEducation and Years of Experience:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).\n5+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications in an Operations & Maintenance environment.\nExperience with application monitoring, incident management, and production support.\nWorking knowledge of ITIL service management principles.\nExperience using ServiceNow or comparable ITSM platforms.\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills.\nRequired Skills & Certifications:\nExperience supporting Federal government applications.\nExperience supporting Windows and Linux server environments.\nFamiliarity with middleware technologies, web services, APIs, and SQL databases.\nITIL Foundation Certification.\nExperience supporting cloud-hosted applications.\nMin Citizenship Status Required: Must be a U.S. Citizen\nPhysical Requirements: No physical requirements needed for this position.\nLocation: Atlanta, Georgia\nMinimum Salary Rate\n$57,393.00Median Salary Rate\n$62,246.00Working at DMI\nDMI is a diverse, prosperous, and rewarding place to work.
