Learn more at www.dminc.com\nAbout the Opportunity\nDMI, LLC is seeking aJr. Network Engineer, Administrator to join us.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nAssist in the management and maintenance of Local Area Networks (LANs) and associated systems, ensuring compliance with CDC standards.\nSupport Active Directory administration, including user account creation, group policy application, and basic troubleshooting.\nPerform routine network troubleshooting tasks, such as workstation patching, basic router configurations, and port activation.\nProvide first-level support for network connectivity issues, escalating complex problems to senior engineers as needed.\nAssist with mobile device management, including configuration and troubleshooting using tools like Intune and Azure.\nParticipate in emergency response efforts by ensuring basic network connectivity and support for remote personnel.\nMaintain documentation of network configurations, troubleshooting steps, and issue resolutions in ServiceNow.\nAssist in generating reports on network performance, incidents, and compliance for analysis.\nQualifications\nEducation and Years of Experience:\nHigh School Diploma; 3 - 4 years of experience \nMin Citizenship Status Required: Must be a U.S. Citizen\nPhysical Requirements: No Physical requirement needed for this position.\nLocation: Atlanta, Georgia\nMinimum Salary Rate\n$66,560.00Median Salary Rate\n$72,802.00Working at DMI\nDMI is a diverse, prosperous, and rewarding place to work.
