Learn more at www.dminc.com\nAbout the Opportunity\nDMI, LLC is seeking a Sr. Deskside Support Specialist to join us.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nServe as a technical lead for deskside IT support, resolving complex hardware, software, and network issues for deployed CDC personnel.\nOversee the configuration and maintenance of deployable LAN kits, RAID-enabled scientific workstations, and other emergency response equipment.\nCoordinate IT asset management, ensuring compliance with CDC property management procedures during installations, moves, and emergency deployments.\nProvide mentorship to junior specialists, guiding troubleshooting efforts and ensuring adherence to CDC IT support protocols.\nCollaborate with the Emergency Preparedness team during high-pressure events, ensuring IT systems remain operational and responsive to emergent needs.\nQualifications\nEducation and Years of Experience:\nBachelor of Science in Information Technology or other related field\n6-8 Years of Experience in Deskside Support\nRequired and Desired Skills/Certifications:\nITIL Preferred \nMin Citizenship Status Required: Must be a U.S. Citizen\nPhysical Requirements: No Physical requirement needed for this position.\nLocation: Atlanta, Georgia\nMinimum Salary Rate\n$89,990.00Median Salary Rate\n$96,000.00Working at DMI\nDMI is a diverse, prosperous, and rewarding place to work.
