The candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations, including payroll, accounts payable, and financial reporting. Additionally, the candidate will assist with corporate operations and help ensure accuracy and efficiency across financial processes.\n\nResponsibilities\nMaintain and track the company budget; monitor actuals vs. forecast and report variances\nSupport financial reporting and assist with preparation of internal reports\nManage billing, accounts receivable, and collections tracking\nProcess accounts payable, including invoice review, coding, and payment tracking\nAssist with payroll processing, ensuring accuracy of employee pay and deductions\nPerform general ledger entries and monthly account reconciliations\nSupport month-end and year-end close processes\nMaintain organized financial records and supporting documentation\nEnsure compliance with internal financial policies and basic accounting standards\nAssist with audit requests by gathering and preparing required documentation\nWork with internal teams to resolve billing, payroll, and payment-related issues\nIdentify and suggest improvements to accounting and financial processes \nRequired Skills & Experience\nProficiency in MS Office Suite, with strong Excel skills\nTwo or more years of experience in accounting, payroll, or finance-related roles\nExperience with accounts payable, payroll processing, and reconciliations;
