This role ensures administrative processes, meeting logistics, and operational support are\norganized, accurate, and executed efficiently to keep the department running effectively.\nResponsibilities\nConstruction Administration:\nSupport Construction Operations by providing consistent administrative coordination,organization, and follow-through for the Operations team and field personnel. \n\nPrepare and distribute Superintendent boxes with required project materials anddocumentation to support project mobilization and field operations. \n\nMaintain accurate project documentation and records by organizing, scanning, and filing,and updating project information, databases, and operational systems to ensure\ninformation remains accurate and current. \n\nRun and distribute operational reports from systems such as Spectrum and CRM to supportthe department. \n\nProvide administrative support to the Construction Operations Managers, including calendarmanagement, meeting preparation, drafting communications and documents, and\ndeveloping PowerPoint presentations. \n\nIdentify and maintain consistent administrative processes that improve organization,communication, and efficiency across the department. \n\nProvide back-up administrative support to the Field Operations Admin, assisting with anyadministrative tasks as needed to support operational continuity and coverage. \n\nEvent Coordination:\nCoordinate Construction Operations meetings and events, and departmental activities,including pre-job planning, Job close-out, Superintendent, Stand & Deliver, workshops,\nseminars, summits, and team building events, including related scheduling, travel, and\nlogistical arrangements. \n\nQualifications\n3+ years of administrative experience, preferably supporting construction or a field-basedenvironment.\n\nStrong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiplepriorities and deadlines.\n\nAbility to travel as necessary to support multiple regions.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. \nAbility to learn and effectively use operational systems and databases;
