special operational projects and urgent field needs.\nMaintain and track field personnel who have met project requirements to assist with staffing and placement on upcoming projects.\nSupport onboarding, training sessions, and seminars for field personnel.\nResearch and coordinate housing and hotel accommodations for field crews and assist with negotiating project rates.\nFacilitate communication and workflow alignment between field operations and internal departments.\nMaintain and distribute weekly crew transfer updates.\nAssist with the Short Interval Schedule (SIS) process.\nAssist with field expense report processing.\nPrepare operational reports and summaries such as payroll reports, wage reports, and per diem analysis when needed.\nQualifications\n5+ years of administrative experience, with 2-3 years supporting construction or fieldoperations\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Microsoft SharePoint/One Drive\nBilingual English/Spanish required\nStrong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.\nHigh level of professionalism, confidentiality, and accountability.\nAbility to travel as needed to support field operations.\nExperience with construction management software is a plus.\nExperience supporting remote jobsites and
