throughout pre-bid and post-construction phase.\nWork with the superintendent to manage the construction schedule and provide weekly schedule updates to PM. \nHelp manage labor, material and equipment resources needed to effectively execute project schedule within budget. \nEnd-to-end concrete design and management, including specification review, quality control, operational support, and post-project analysis.\nManage subcontractors by ensuring performance aligns with project timelines and quality, while promoting effective communication and collaboration.\nAssist in Project closeout meetings, ensuring documentation review, final approvals, and seamless project handover to clients.\nTravel to project sites for preconstruction meetings, quality control and safety inspections.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.\nExcellent communication skills for effective team collaboration and client interaction.\nIntermediate to advanced
