Working closely with regional leadership and operations teams, you will act as a business partner to the region, tracking financial results, managing budgets and forecasts, analyzing costs, and ensuring accurate financial reporting with the goal of maintaining efficient and accurate regional operations.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nEnsure timely and accurate preparation of weekly and monthly financial reports (i.e., WIP Schedule, P&L Backlog Forecast, Regional SG&A, Cashflow Forecast, etc.).\nPrepare presentations for the monthly financial review meeting with the Vice Presidents of Construction and Senior Leadership. \nSupervise the processing and payment of vendor and subcontractor invoices while ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions. \nEnsure the accuracy of regional job cost accounting.\nResponsible for ensuring the timely preparation and submission of monthly draw requests and collection of project receivables. \nProviding regional financial leadership to Vice President of Construction and Project Managers.\nHire, train, develop, evaluate and assess the performance of the Regional Accounting Team. \nQualifications\nBachelor’s Degree in Accounting.\n7 - 10 years of relevant experience with a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience, preferably in the construction industry. \nExtensive knowledge of construction industry accounting rules and regulations.\nExperience working with large ERP systems (i.e., ViewPoint, Spectrum preferred, but not required).\nStrong leadership skills and proven leadership experience. \nVerbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a range of partners, managers, and subject matter experts.\nTotal Rewards\nOur Total Rewards offerings are designed to
