analytical models and tools to understand, predict, and improve supply chain performance.\nLead or coordinate cross-functional improvement projects, including the development of action plans, milestones, responsibilities, and performance measures.\nDocument processes, reporting methodologies, data definitions, and standard operating procedures.\nPresent findings, risks, recommendations, and project updates to operational and leadership stakeholders.\nRequired Skills & Abilities\nStrong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze data from multiple sources and develop actionable recommendations.\nExperience developing reports, dashboards, analytical models, and management presentations.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, lookups, data validation, and charts.\nStrong written, verbal, and presentation skills for operational and leadership audiences.\nStrong attention to detail, data accuracy, and reporting consistency.\nAbility to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.\nQualifications\nRequired\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field required.\nAbility to travel up to 25%, including visits to warehouses, suppliers, and project locations.\nMust be able to lift up to 15 lbs.\nPreferred\nExperience with Power BI, ERP systems, warehouse management systems, transportation management systems, SQL, or similar reporting and analytical tools.\nExperience with Lean, Six Sigma, root-cause analysis, process mapping, or continuous-improvement methodologies.\nExperience supporting project-based, field-service, manufacturing, or construction supply chains\nAPICS certification, such as CPIM or CLTD\nProject-management certification or formal project-management
