Our mission is to simplify and enhance the way businesses accept payments through innovative and reliable solutions.\nThe opportunity\nWe have identified an opportunity to enhance DNA’s go to market approach through the introduction of a Demand Generation Framework.\nPurpose\nThe role will be responsible for the delivery and execution of DNA’s demand generation strategy.\nYou will be Responsible For\nWorking alongside the Head of Marketing to drive inbound leads to DNA through a demand generation engine that you will define, optimise and execute as part of DNA’s always on approach to marketing.\nYou will work closely with Sales, Partnerships, Product and Tech, as part of delivering an always on approach to demand generation.\nKey Responsibilities\nDemand Generation\nBuild and execute a full-funnel demand plan, with pipeline and MNR targets agreed with the Head of Marketing.\n\nDesign and run multi-channel campaigns across paid search, paid social, email, events, partner co-marketing and ac-count-based marketing for corporate targets\n\nMarketing with AI\nUtilise AI as a core marketing tool as part of delivery of scalable content, personalisation, audience research, and cam-paign optimisation\n\nOptimise for AI-driven search so DNA’s brand appears in AI overviews and assistant answers\n\nMake sure AI use meets data protection (UK GDPR), FCA financial promotion rules and brand standards\n\nSearch and leads engine optimisation\nExecute performance-driven strategy: technical SEO, GEO, and on-page content\n\nBuild keyword plans aligned to the commercial priorities of each pillar\n\nSupport the Head of Marketing as part of ongoing work with Tech to measure and improve site performance\n\nOngoing monitoring, measure overall web traffic performance and users behaviour to ensure ongoing improvement of customers platforms\n\nLeadership and operations\nWork alongside the Head of Marketing and Content Team as part of all go-to-market and demand generation activities\n\nExperience and skills\nEssential\n2+ years’ experience in demand generation\n\nHands-on use of AI tools in marketing and AI search visibility\n\nPrevious experience of Account Based Marketing beneficial\n\nExperience in analysing data as part of demand optimisation\n\nExperience with communication channels automations\n\nExperience in analytics-driven communications channels management\n\nClear communicator who works well with commercial teams\n\nDesirable\nExperience in payments, fintech or financial services.\n\nExperience marketing to SMEs, partners/ISVs and enterprise accounts\n\nWhat’s in it for you?\nYou’ll work with a collaborative team and will join a fast-growth fintech where you’ll get the chance to learn and develop.
