The platform helps B2B marketing teams see which companies engage with their campaigns, connect that activity to CRM data, and show what actually turns into revenue. The product is past the early stage and in active growth - the engineering team ships continuously and feature velocity is high.\nThe team is small and senior - product, backend, frontend and data engineering, around ten people in total. Work runs in sprints with planning and retrospectives, on AWS-managed infrastructure.\nWhy this role exists\nTwo things are slowing the team down. The CTO is carrying too much coordination - breaking requirements down, running syncs, unblocking developers. And test coverage has not kept pace with shipping speed, so bugs that automation would have caught reach production.\nThe role closes both gaps. On the project management side, it takes task creation and day-to-day coordination off the CTO. On the QA side, it owns and grows the automated testing layer.\nAn important detail: part of that layer already exists. Several modules are covered by automated tests built with AI tooling, and the code is in the repository. The person joining extends a working base rather than starting from zero - but also inherits responsibility for its quality.\nNeither half of this role is a full-time job on its own. Together they are exactly one, and both halves are real - this is not a PM role with some testing attached, or a QA role with some coordination attached.\nWhat you will own\nProject management\nTake requirements from the CTO and turn them into detailed, developer-ready tasks and epics in ClickUp, following the established task framework\nRun sprint planning and retrospectives, keep the team unblocked, and handle routine coordination without escalating\nOwn documentation - technical specs and requirement breakdowns that stay current\nSit between product intent and engineering execution: understand the business logic behind what is being built, not just the task list\nTrack progress, surface risks early, and make sure what gets decided gets finished\nQA automation\nOwn and extend the automated testing framework - end-to-end, regression and API coverage; you choose the tools and the language\nValidate what the automation produces. Generated tests and generated results are a draft until a person has checked them against the product\nTriage bugs by root cause - frontend or backend - before routing them to developers\nWrite test plans, document edge cases, and build coverage that prevents regressions rather than recording them\nWho we are looking for\n3-5 years total, with at least 1.5 years in project or product management and at least 1.5 years in QA engineering recently\nQA experience with a clear move into automation. Manual-only QA is not a fit\nDemonstrated ability to break product requirements into structured technical tasks for a development team\nExperience running sprint planning and retrospectives, or working closely inside that process\nWorking knowledge of SQL, enough to validate data at database level\nAbility to tell a frontend bug from a backend bug quickly and describe it precisely\nEnglish B1 or above, enough for written communication and technical documentation\nHow you work with AI\nYou should be using AI tools heavily to build and accelerate your own work. The person in this role has to read, run and verify what the tools produce before it ships, and has to understand the product well enough to know when the output is wrong.\nHow you manage yourself\nThis is a remote role on a small team with no one checking in on you daily. Work is planned and time-tracked in ClickUp. You should be able to hold several threads across PM and QA at once without dropping them or waiting to be told what is next.\nNice to have\nBackground at a product company (preferred, though not a hard filter)\nB2B SaaS experience in a QA, PM or hybrid role\nExposure to marketing technology - attribution, analytics, ad tech, CRM or similar\nEnglish C1\nWhat the company offers\nDirect access to decision-makers in a flat structure - the CTO is your manager, open for daily communication\nFreedom to choose your own QA tooling and language; no mandated stack on the testing side\nA real product with traction and a team that ships\nFull access to modern AI tooling as part of the working setup\nInvestment in growth - the company is willing to develop this person further as a PM and as a user of AI tooling, including paid courses and a LinkedIn Learning subscription\nAn established process framework (ClickUp, sprints) you can improve over time\nTerms\nLocation: Ukraine, remote\nContract: FOP\nSchedule: flexible, roughly 10:00-19:00; team meetings from 11:00\nPTO: 24 calendar days per year plus 5 sick days; Ukrainian public holidays observed\nReservation (бронювання): available after the probation period\nProcess\nScreening call with DNA325\nInterview with the CTO\nTest task\nFinal round (optional)\nBefore you apply\nTo help us review your application efficiently, please answer three short questions in the cover letter. There are no right or wrong answers - we're looking for clarity and specifics, not length.\n1. Describe a product or feature you managed as a Project Manager from brief to release. What broke along the way, and what did you do about it?\n2. Walk us through a QA automation framework you built or meaningfully improved. What was the coverage before and after, and what stack did you use?\n3. Show us a specific example of how AI tools changed the way you work - a workflow, a test, a process, or a decision that you handle differently because of AI. What tool, what task, what result?\nApplications without answers to these questions will not be reviewed.","description_format":"text","description_chars":5759,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":2,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[{"language":"English","level":"Intermediate (B1)","optional":false}]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"Ukraine","iso":"UA","kind":"country"}],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":[],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-11T18:32:46Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":86,"band":"hot","label":"Hiring now","p_open":1,"p_active":0.86,"p_room":1,"age_days":0,"expected_fill_days":30,"reasons":["conf:1","win:early","comp:junior"],"computed_at":"2026-10-12T06:55:09Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/dna325-project-manager-qa-engineer","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/dna325-project-manager-qa-engineer.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-12T10:06:06Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":15459,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-10-13T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":4411063},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=4411063"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Fdna325-project-manager-qa-engineer"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Fdna325-project-manager-qa-engineer"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Fdna325-project-manager-qa-engineer"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/dna325-project-manager-qa-engineer\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Fdna325-project-manager-qa-engineer"}]}
