This role will create and incorporate graphics, prints, and patterns into textile and garment designs while ensuring fit, construction, and quality meet brand standards.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong graphic design skills with knowledge of apparel construction and production. You will partner with Design and Production to develop artwork, tech packs, specifications, and production-ready garments from concept through final approval.\nYou must be based in or willing to commute to our office to be considered.\nResponsibilities\nCreate original graphics, prints, repeat patterns, typography, and placement artwork for apparel.\nIncorporate graphics into textile and garment designs while considering scale, placement, color, and fabric.\nDevelop and maintain tech packs, spec sheets, grading rules, and measurement charts.\nPrepare production-ready artwork, colorways, Pantone references, and graphic placement guides.\nLead fit sessions and communicate clear corrections to factories.\nReview prototypes, samples, strike-offs, graphic execution, construction, and workmanship.\nCommunicate with overseas factories to resolve technical and artwork-related issues.\nPartner with Design and Production to balance creative direction with manufacturability.\nMaintain organized technical and graphic files throughout development and production.\nQualifications\n3+ years of apparel graphic design, textile design, technical design, or related experience.\nPortfolio demonstrating apparel graphics, textile prints, patterns, and production-ready artwork.\nStrong knowledge of garment construction, grading, fit, and apparel manufacturing\nExperience creating detailed tech packs, specifications, BOMs, and construction callouts.\nKnowledge of textile printing, graphic placement, color separations, and artwork scaling.\nExperience communicating with overseas factories.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.\nProficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop;
