This role will partner closely\nwith HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and business leaders to provide data-driven insights\nthat support strategic decision-making.\nThe ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience working with HR data, and\nthe ability to translate complex information into meaningful business recommendations.\n⸻\nKey Responsibilities\nHR Analytics & Reporting\n* Develop and maintain dashboards and reports covering key workforce metrics, including:\n* Headcount\n* Attrition\n* Hiring and recruitment performance\n* Diversity metrics\n* Employee engagement\n* Internal mobility\n* Workforce costs\n* Analyze workforce trends and provide insights to support business and HR\ndecision-making.\n* Produce regular and ad hoc reports for leadership teams.\nWorkforce Planning & Insights\n* Support workforce planning, budgeting, and organizational reviews through data analysis.\n* Identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to talent acquisition, retention, and\nworkforce effectiveness.\n* Provide actionable recommendations to improve organizational performance and employee\noutcomes.\nData Management & Governance\n* Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR data across systems.\n* Partner with HRIS, Technology, and Finance teams to improve data quality and reporting\nprocesses.\n* Maintain data governance standards and ensure confidentiality of employee information.\nDashboarding & Automation\n* Build and enhance self-service dashboards and reporting solutions.\n* Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency.\n* Leverage analytics tools and emerging technologies to strengthen reporting capabilities.\nStakeholder Management\n* Partner with HR leaders, Talent Acquisition teams, Finance, and business stakeholders to\nunderstand reporting and analytics requirements.\n* Present findings and insights in a clear and meaningful way to support decision-making.\n⸻\nQualifications & Experience\n* Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, Human\nResources, or a related field.\n* 5-8 years of experience in HR Analytics, People Analytics, Workforce Planning, Business\nIntelligence, or a related analytics role.\n* Experience working with large and complex datasets.\n* Experience in a global organization is preferred.\n⸻\nTechnical Skills\n* Strong proficiency in:\n* Power BI or Tableau\n* Advanced Excel\n* SQL\n* Experience working with HR systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or\nsimilar platforms.\n* Knowledge of workforce analytics and reporting methodologies.\n* Experience with Python, AI-enabled analytics tools, or predictive analytics is an advantage.\n⸻\nKey Competencies\n* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n* Ability to convert data into practical business insights.\n* Excellent communication and presentation skills.\n* High attention to detail and accuracy.\n* Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.\n* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.\n⸻\nReporting Structure\nReports To: Global Head of HR / Head of People Analytics\nLocation: Mumbai\n⸻\nWhy Join Us?\nThis role offers the opportunity to help shape a data-driven people strategy within a global,\nfast-paced, and innovative organization.
