The ideal candidate will transform complex data into actionable insights,\nhelping leadership optimize resource planning, project performance, talent acquisition, and\nbusiness growth.\nKey Responsibilities\nCollect,clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple business systems.\nDevelopdashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor key business and\nproduction metrics.\nAnalyzeproject performance, utilization, productivity, and forecasting data.\nPartnerwith Production, Talent Acquisition, Finance, HR, and Studio Operations\nteams to identify trends and opportunities.\nCreateworkforce planning and hiring analytics to support recruitment strategies.\nConductprofitability, revenue, and cost analyses across projects and departments.\nPresentinsights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and concise\nmanner.\nDevelopKPI frameworks and ensure accurate tracking of business objectives.\nAutomaterecurring reports and improve data processes for efficiency.\nSupportbudgeting, forecasting, and business planning initiatives.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nBachelor'sdegree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science,\nMathematics, or a related field.\nMBAIn Finance would be a bonus.\n6-10years of experience in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or similar roles.\nStrongproficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Power BI,\nTableau, or Looker.\nExperienceworking with large datasets and performing statistical analysis.\nKnowledgeof data modeling, reporting automation, and dashboard creation.\nStronganalytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.\nExcellentcommunication and presentation abilities.\nPreferred Qualifications\nFamiliaritywith project management and resource planning tools.\nKnowledgeof Python, R, or advanced analytics techniques.\nExperiencewith forecasting, predictive analytics, and workforce planning.\nKey Success Metrics\nAccuracyand timeliness of reporting.\nImprovedbusiness visibility through dashboards and analytics.\nWorkclosely with the President, CEO and major stakeholders.\nEnhancedresource utilization and forecasting accuracy.\nData-drivenrecommendations leading to measurable business improvements.\nIncreasedefficiency through reporting automation and process optimization.\n About Us\nWe are DNEG, one of the world’s leading visual effects and animation companies for the creation of award-winning feature film,\ntelevision, and multiplatform content.
