Construction Management or Engineering preferred\n5+ years of experience in a heavy civil self-performing contractor, concrete preferred\nStrong communication skills to facilitate team collaboration and client engagement.\nAdvanced problem-solving capabilities to tackle intricate challenges.\nExpertise in conflict resolution for adeptly managing disputes and upholding project unity.\nTotal
