Performance & Enhancements\nDesign and develop mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems and components using CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD), including engineering calculations, FEA simulations, and creation of technical drawings, specifications, sketches, and purchase requests.\nPrototype, test, validate, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, including pumps, motors, valves, cylinders, and control systems, ensuring performance, safety, reliability, and manufacturability.\nCollaborate cross-functionally to integrate systems and support development of equipment, machinery, and measurement instruments.\nApply deep technical knowledge in hydraulics, electronics, mechanics, engines, motors, prestressing, mechanics of materials, PLCs, and basic coding.\nOversee documentation and cost evaluation, including operations manuals, maintenance schedules, fabrication/assembly planning, and estimation of labor, materials, and installation/testing costs.\nField Operations Support\nSupport field equipment troubleshooting.\nCollaborate with equipment Operators to support operations.\nProvide hands-on support and assistance of field staff on the job as needed.\nAnalyze performance results, make recommendations for improvements, troubleshoot issues.\nCoordinate field equipment set up and calibration for optimal operation.\nEquipment Maintenance Support\nAssist the maintenance department in coordination with equipment/parts suppliers\nSpecify maintenance schedule for machines and equipment. \nConduct regular inspections and maintenance of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operation.\nTroubleshoot mechanical issues and diagnose problems in machinery and related systems.\nRecommend the repair or replace worn or malfunctioning parts and equipment.\nRun performance tests and interpret the results to make effective recommendations to fix faulty or broken equipment.\nSet up and conduct tests of complete units and components under operational conditions to investigate proposals for improving equipment performance.\nTravel to project sites as needed to assist in observation and troubleshooting of specialty equipment. \nRequirements & Qualifications\nBachelors degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.\nFamiliarity with hydraulic control systems, PLC, and electrical controls and operation.\n2+ years experience in a Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Technician, or similar.\nAbility to troubleshoot hydraulic pumps, motors, valves, cylinders, and control systems.\nAbility to read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams.\nKnowledge of PLC systems and electrical charging systems, ability to diagnose problems.\nAbility to travel as needed.\nTotal Rewards\nOur Total Rewards offerings are
