subcontractors for timely task execution; oversee progress, address issues promptly, and ensure project efficiency.\nPrepare, manage, and adapt project budgets; track expenses, negotiate contracts, and change orders, and implement cost-effective strategies while leading to overall project success.\nReview and oversee project expenditures encompassing workforce, machinery, and supplies, predicting costs and adeptly administer budgetary and cash flow operations.\nResponsible for guiding the project team to meet KPIs, covering safety, quality, schedule, productivity, and financial aspects.\nStrict adherence to the Quality Control and Safety Programs.\nOrganize Project Closeout Meeting to review achievements, address tasks, and gather stakeholder feedback for a smooth transition post-project.\nEvaluate superintendent's performance in leadership, project management, and team coordination; offer constructive feedback for professional development.\nAssign and review work for Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers, delivering leadership and mentorship to foster their technical progress and growth. \nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.\nMinimum five (5) years’ experience as a Project Manager or relevant experience\nAbility to foster individual growth and directly supervising a team.\nExceptional communication skills to foster seamless team collaboration and engage clients effectively.\nHighly developed problem-solving proficiency to address intricate challenges with confidence.\nProficient in conflict resolution,
