In this role you will be the first point of contact for IT support across DNO, and you will work alongside our infrastructure team to help keep our hybrid server and network environment running smoothly.\nWe are looking for someone service-minded and curious, who enjoys solving problems, learning new technology and working closely with colleagues.<\nKey responsibilities\nThe primary responsibility of this role is end-user IT support in DNO. You will also contribute to the day-to-day operation of our hybrid IT environment, supported by more experienced colleagues.\nHandle incidents and service requests from users, from first contact to resolution\n\nSet up, configure and maintain client devices, user accounts and access rights\n\nAssist with routine maintenance, monitoring and troubleshooting of servers, network and systems\n\nDocument solutions and contribute to improving our routines and knowledge base\n\nCollaborate with the rest of the IT team to improve our services\n\nKeep up to date with developments in Microsoft 365, AI and related technologies\n\nQualifications and Competencies\nRelevant education within IT, or documented equivalent experience\n\nMinimum of two to five years of recent experience in IT support, with a focus on end-user support, server and network management.
