(using Syteline and Microsoft Word)\nCreate and enters quote for sales representative to issue to customer unless directed otherwise and validate customers account information.\nGenerates progress billing dates and amounts per line/order..\nProvides ALL cut sheets and data for every major piece of equipment in the unit (motors, pumps, valves, compressors, dryers, generators, RV’s, PCV’s, Filter vessels, tanks, strainers, etc.),\n.Reviews all BOM’s and approve them and drawings for construction.\nPartners with vendors on timing for projects.\nSubmits data sheets to engineering firms/customers for review on engineered projects.\nOther duties, as assigned.\n JOB REQUIREMENTS:\nHigh school diploma or work equivalent\n3+ years industry experience preferred\nProficient Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) skills\nExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)\nStrong attention to detail, accurate, and well organized.\nCooperative and willing to assist others and work in a team environment\nAbility to write technical documents\nMust have current, valid driver’s license and acceptable record at all times\nAdept at negotiate pricing, terms, and project level details with multiple vendors\nKnowledge and technical expertise to read P&ID’s, GA’s, small level of electrical schematic drawings, C&E document, Haz-Op Documents\nAbility to obtain technical expertise in various
