This team plays a critical role in facility design, new product development, current product improvements, and supporting sales with technical insight and innovation. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, proven leadership capabilities, and a passion for continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.\nKey Responsibilities:\nTeam Leadership & Development\nRecruit, lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team of engineers.\nFoster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.\nAllocate resources and assign projects to ensure optimal team performance.\nEngineering & Design\nOversee the design and development of new Facility Designs and Product offerings.\nEnsure that engineering projects meet quality, cost, and timeline objectives.\nSupport the implementation of new technologies, integrate the product offerings of multiple business units, and proactive designs for clients.\nProduct Development & Support\nDrive the product development lifecycle from concept to launch.\nCollaborate with sales, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure design feasibility and compliance.\nIdentify and execute improvements on current products to enhance performance, cost-efficiency, and customer satisfaction.\nSales & Opportunity Support\nMeet with customers to present and develop solutions and product offerings.\nPartner with the sales team to identify and evaluate new business opportunities.\nProvide technical support and innovative solutions for customer requirements and proposals.\nTranslate customer feedback into actionable engineering improvements.\nProcess & Efficiency Improvements\nAnalyze existing product lines for design and manufacturing optimization.\nLead initiatives focused on reducing costs, improving quality, and increasing production efficiency.\nStandardize engineering practices and documentation across the organization.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Petroleum Engineering\n7+ years of engineering experience with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.\nProven experience in facility design, product development, and cross-functional collaboration.\nStrong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.\nExcellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.\nExperience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus.\nPreferred Skills:\nProficiency in process software and engineering tools.\nFamiliarity with fabrication processes and build efficiencies.\nBackground in supporting sales or customer-facing engineering projects.\nExperience working in a matrixed or
