Additional responsibilities include coordinating the workload among Purchasing/Expediting groups.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:\nPrepare formal quotations which include data sheets, price calculations for customer products, etc. in accordance with specifications. \nEstimates cost of recommended material selections.\nEnsure orders are consistent with quotes and review for accuracy and edit for correct data listed. \nBuilds project schedule that timelines from time of receipt, to drawing schedule, to equipment arrival at PSI, to fabrication including all services, to testing, to final assembly, to shipment.\nWorks with Planners to schedule shop floor deliveries. \nManages vendors on timing.
