We value and reward hardworking, creative, and dedicated employees that desire to be part of a team committed to outstanding customer service.\nSTART YOUR CAREER NOW.\nThe Service Manager will be responsible for all duties in the Service Department including supervising Service Technicians & Service Coordinator, fielding all service calls and emails, coordinate service calls with the assistance of Service CoordinatorJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:\nCoordinate all service calls.\nOpens, post, and close all SRO’s (Service Repair Orders) with assistance of Service Coordinator\nRecord and track all technician’s hours with an 80-85% billable hours target.\nSubmit warranty claims with follow up to ensure factory pays claims.\nResponsible for all shipping and receiving duties.\nMaintain and adhere to Shop Expense budget\nPromote and grow the Service Department’s revenue and profitability\nAdhere to all Safety, DOT, SOX and other regulated policies & procedures\nMaintain all Service Truck fleet.\nOther duties, as assigned. JOB REQUIREMENTS:\nHigh School diploma and/or equivalent in work experience\nExcellent interpersonal skills, proficient in oral and written communications\nAssembly experience preferred but not required\nBasic reading skills.
