The ideal candidate is a highly creative designer with expertise in digital art, AI-assisted content generation, UI/UX design, and trend identification.\nDuties and responsibilities\nAI Content Generation\nCreate high-quality visual assets using AI-powered design tools and targeted prompting techniques. \nDevelop original creative concepts and transform them into engaging visual content for products, marketing campaigns, and customer experiences.\nExperiment with emerging AI tools, techniques, and workflows to improve content quality, consistency, and production efficiency.\nCollaborate with Marketing, Product, and Development teams to conceptualize and execute AI-driven content experiences.\nStay informed on industry trends, AI advancements, and best practices to maintain a competitive content portfolio.\nPhoto Booth Template Creation and Refresh\nDesign new photo booth templates for consumer-facing products, including seasonal, event-based, themed, and trend-driven offerings.\nRefresh and modernize existing templates to keep the content catalog relevant, engaging, and competitive.\nEnsure templates align with brand standards while appealing to a broad range of customer demographics.\nContinuously evaluate content performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for template enhancements.\nFilters Creation & Maintenance\nDesign, develop, and maintain visual filters that enhance customer experiences across products and platforms.\nCreate themed, seasonal, and promotional filter packs that drive customer engagement and repeat usage. \nTest and optimize filters to ensure visual consistency, usability, and performance across various devices and operating environments.\nAnalyze user engagement data and feedback to improve existing filters and identify opportunities for new filter experiences.\nWork closely with development teams to implement and refine filter functionality.\nUI/UX\nEvaluate and refresh user interfaces across kiosks, booths, and digital platforms to create a premium guest experience.\nDesign intuitive, visually appealing user journeys that improve ease of use and customer satisfaction. \nDevelop UI assets, layouts, and visual enhancements that align with brand standards and business objectives. \nPartner with Product Management and Software Dev teams to implement and test UI/UX improvements. \nConduct ongoing reviews of customer interactions to identify opportunities for optimization. \nAnime & Licensed Content\nCreate original anime-inspired content and visual experiences to differentiate products within the marketplace.\nDevelop exclusive creative assets that appeal to key customer demographics and emerging trends.\nDesign and produce licensed content in accordance with brand guidelines and licensing agreements.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\n3+ years of experience in digital design, creative content development, or multimedia production.\nProficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).\nExperience using AI content generation tools\nStrong portfolio demonstrating visual design, digital content creation, and creative problem-solving abilities.\nExcellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.\nDNP IAM is a 100 percent U.S. subsidiary of Dai Nippon Printing Co., Ltd.
