Under the direction of the Reliability and Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor will lead a team of multi-craft maintenance technicians with a focus on safety, reliability, and efficiency.\nDuties/Responsibilities:\nSupervise staff of (12) maintenance technicians in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.\nImplement, and execute planned, preventive maintenance programs and ensure effectiveness of maintenance activities.\nEstablish clear performance standards for all maintenance technicians and activities.\nMonitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for maintenance/reliability.\nImprove management and maintenance of building utilities, infrastructure, and grounds.\nWork closely with Operations Management to achieve stated goals for Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Cost.\nEnsure all maintenance, and repair activities are performed in accordance with all Federal, State, and Local regulatory requirements.\nProvide/Deliver training programs focused on safety, technology, and skill development.\nControl expenses to established budget guidelines.\nDrive CMMS utilization.\nAdditional duties as assigned by management. \nExperience/Requirements/Preferences:\nA.S degree in engineering/technology discipline preferred\nAt least 7 years’ experience required.\nPrevious Supervisory experience (>2 years).\nDemonstrated experience in maintenance management in a multi-shift manufacturing facility.\nDemonstrated experience in maintenance of physical plant equipment (Boilers, Compressors, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Heat Exchangers, HVAC).\nDemonstrated experience utilizing CMMS systems required, MaintainX preferred\nExperience in Web Converting, Paper/Pulp Converting, or similar high speed, rotating equipment environment preferred.\nKnowledge of OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and NEC preferred.\nMust be capable of working flexible hours to accommodate 24/7 manufacturing operation, including weekends, and on-call requirements.\nPhysical Demands:\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to sit, walk, and stand. The employee is occasionally required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and infrequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus. The employee will have to bend, stoop, and crouch repeatedly.\nReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.\nSafety Requirements\nPhysically able to pass spirometry exam for test fitting of respiratory equipment. \nAbility to wear required PPE (including safety glasses, gloves (nitrile, canvas, etc.), hearing protection, ANSI-approved footwear, and others as required.) in any manufacturing area.\nAbility to wear required PPE if in any manufacturing area. \nThe hiring range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000 per year.
