We are revolutionizing network security by providing fast, accurate, and reliable threat protection and content filtering. We're a rapidly growing company dedicated to creating a safer internet for businesses and organizations worldwide. Leveraging AI-driven threat intelligence, DNSFilter empowers our customers to proactively block threats before they impact their networks. We foster a collaborative, innovative, and results-oriented culture where every team member contributes to our mission of making the internet safer.\nAs we continue our product-fueled growth by adding new features and broadening our solution to meet the needs of the global market, it's clear there's a missing piece. That's where you come in!\nWe are looking for a GTM Systems Engineer to own the day-to-day configuration, integrity, and health of the platforms our revenue teams run on, primarily Salesforce and HubSpot. This is a hands-on build-and-maintain role. You will own how leads route, how records are structured, how our systems talk to each other, and how we know when something breaks. The ideal candidate is a strong administrator who tests before shipping, documents what they change, and communicates clearly with the Sales and Marketing teams who depend on the outcome.\nThis role sits on the GTM Operations team and partners closely with the Lead GTM Systems Engineer, the GTM Operations Analyst, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Technical Support.\nEligible candidates have worked successfully in a small to mid-sized fast-paced, hyper-growth SaaS start-up or scale-up.\nWe recognize that people come with a wealth of experience and talent beyond just the technical requirements of a job. If you feel like this job is for you, please apply. We believe diversity of experience and skills, including transferable skills, combined with passion, is a key to innovation and excellence; therefore, we encourage people from all backgrounds to apply to our positions!\nIn this role, you will:\nPlatform Administration\nOwn day-to-day configuration of Salesforce and HubSpot: objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, flows and workflows\nMaintain naming conventions, picklist values, and field standards so the data stays usable downstream\nLead and Account Routing\nOwn the configuration of lead and account assignment: assignment rules, round robins, queues, territory and pod mapping\nValidate that routing behaves as documented, and that records land with an active, correct owner\nInvestigate and resolve routing failures, and identify the underlying configuration issue rather than correcting records one at a time\nIntegration and Data Flow\nOwn the HubSpot to Salesforce integration in practice: field mappings, sync rules, exclusion criteria, and error monitoring\nMaintain documentation of how data moves between systems, including known edge cases and behavior that surprises people\nMonitor sync errors and integration health proactively, and resolve issues before stakeholders report them\nList Imports and Campaign Operations\nOwn list imports end to end: file preparation, field mapping, campaign and source assignment, execution, and post-import verification\nMaintain the SOPs that make imports repeatable and auditable\nData Quality and Hygiene\nRun regular audits for duplicates, records owned by inactive users, incomplete required fields, and misassigned territories\nExecute mass updates and cleanup projects with appropriate backup and validation\nEstablish and maintain routine checks so integrity issues surface from within the team\nChange Management and Documentation\nTest configuration changes in sandbox or with controlled records before production\nMaintain a change log covering what changed, why, who approved it, and how it was validated\nCommunicate releases, fixes, and known issues to the Sales and Marketing teams affected\nOperational Support\nTriage and resolve platform issues from the GTM intake queue against defined SLAs\nClose the loop with requesters and impacted stakeholders on status, resolution, and anything still outstanding\nUse AI tooling, including Claude, to accelerate investigation, testing, and documentation\nTo qualify for this role, you have:\n4+ years administering Salesforce in a B2B SaaS environment\nHands-on experience administering HubSpot, including the Salesforce integration and field mapping\nSalesforce Administrator certification, or equivalent demonstrated experience\nDemonstrated experience configuring lead routing, assignment rules, and territory models\nExperience running bulk data operations and imports with appropriate testing and validation\nA working habit of testing before deploying and documenting what you changed\nAbility to communicate clearly and directly with non-technical stakeholders about system behavior and its consequences\nAbility to work hours overlapping with ET\nMust be eligible to work in the region of hire without sponsorship now and/or in the future\nBonus points for:\nSalesforce Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certification\nHubSpot Operations Hub or Marketing Hub certification\nExperience with data quality tooling such as RingLead, Openprise, or similar\nExperience with Zendesk, Vitally, ZoomInfo, Gong, or similar GTM tools\nYou find the configuration problem behind the symptom rather than fixing records one by one\nYou tell people what will happen before it happens, and what happened after it did\nWe Offer:\nPathway to promotion based on results and performance, not just time in the chair. You help us grow, and we will help you grow.\nPassionate and intelligent colleagues who work hard and have a good time doing it\nPaid company-wide week off at the end of each year\nFlexible Vacation Policy\nAwesome company swag\nFull medical, dental, and vision benefits for US, UK, and Canada-based employees\nFull short-term disability and life benefits; available long-term disability\nRetirement savings account options with vested company matching for qualifying employees\nIn-person annual gatherings. Last time we all spent a week on a beach in the Dominican Republic!\nDNSFilter is a pay-for-performance organization, which means there is an opportunity to advance your compensation based on performance over time.
