Diversity is fundamental to our culture and we invite you to be part of this diversity.\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.\nMinimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity, with exposure to industrial control systems (ICS) and operational technology (OT) security.\nAt least 2 years of experience in cybersecurity design within the shipbuilding industry.\nFamiliarity with IEC 62443 and IACS UR E26 & E27 cybersecurity compliance in maritime.Knowledge CRA and NIS2 would be plus.\n\nHands-on experience with network security, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and cybersecurity audits is preferred.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify cybersecurity risks and propose mitigation strategies.\nProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for documentation and reporting.\nExperience with security tools and frameworks for risk assessment and compliance.\nProject management skills to monitor project status and ensure on-time delivery.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and stakeholders effectively.\nExcellent English proficiency (written and spoken) is mandatory, as the role requires regular communication with international customers and stakeholders.\nPreferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)\nCybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISA, GICSP, CEH, OSCP, or IEC 62443-related certifications.\nExperience working with classification societies or maritime-related cybersecurity projects.\nProgramming or scripting skills for security automation (Python, Shell, etc.)\nSecurity and compliance with statutory requirements in the countries in which we operate is essential for DNV.
