We are around 100 professionals in 10 locations around the world with main hubs in Oslo, Gdynia, Shanghai and Houston.\nThis position is part of the Cloud Infrastructure AP team and is based in Shanghai. You will report functionally to the relevant global service managers and line-wise to the Head of Infrastructure Asia Pacific. You should also have the following experience and qualities:\nBachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\nAt least 5 years of IT infrastructure support experience, including 3 or more years of hands-on identity systems management.\nStrong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Active Directory, and Microsoft Intune endpoint management.\nExperience providing global IT support, with strong collaboration and communication skills across regions and time zones.\nStrong service mindset and customer-focusedapproach, with the abilityto collaborate effectively, take ownership,and deliver results under tight deadlines.\nExcellent written and spoken English communication skills.\nExperience with Okta/Auth0 is an advantage.\nKnowledge of Amazon Web Services and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is a plus.\nRelevant professional certifications are preferred.\nSecurity and compliance with statutory requirements in the countries in which we operate is essential for DNV.
