Diversity is fundamental to our culture and we invite you to be part of this diversity.\n Must have: Proven experience in data extraction (OTBI, SQL proficiency) and mass data uploads (HDL/HDSL). \nExperience particularly in configuration, development and maintenance of HR application: Oracle HCM Cloud.\nKnowledge of HR-IT solutions (e.g. Time and Labor, Individual and Workforce Compensation, Security, Benefits, ORC, etc.), ideally within respective Oracle HCM Cloud modules. \nGood understanding of end-to-end HR business processes. \nExperience in integrations principles specifically focused on data exchange and payroll data integrations (HCM Extracts). \nExperience with API calls (REST/JSON) and with tooling: Eclipse or comparable Java IDE and Soap UI/Postman\nExperience in standard IT support processes including ticket handling.\nSelf-driven with the willingness to take ownership in work tasks.\nFocus on delivery of results and ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks to tight deadlines.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nOrganised and proactive.\nTeam-oriented and good networking and interpersonal skills, also across cultures and organisational boundaries.\n“Hands-on” mentality.\nStrong written/verbal communication and presentation skills in English.\nWillingness to learn and keep up with changes. \nReasonable international travel must be expected. \nSecurity and compliance with statutory requirements in the countries in which we operate is essential for DNV.
