DO & CO sucht einen Airline Catering Billing Specialist (m/w/x) zur Verstärkung unseres dynamischen Teams.

Wir suchen eine engagierte und zahlenaffine Persönlichkeit mit guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen, die unser Fakturierungsteam unterstützt. Wenn Sie eine kaufmännische Ausbildung haben und gerne präzise arbeiten, freuen wir uns auf Ihre Bewerbung!

  • Rechnungsmanagement: Sie sind verantwortlich für die Erstellung und Prüfung von Rechnungen für internationale und nationale Airlines und sorgen dafür, dass alle Abrechnungen termingerecht und korrekt abgewickelt werden.
  • Kommunikation mit internationalen Kunden: Sie übernehmen die Klärung von Abweichungen und sind Ansprechpartner für unsere Airline Kunden - sowohl in deutscher als auch in englischer Sprache.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen wie Buchhaltung, Verkauf und Controlling.
  • Verbuchung der Bankbelege und die dazugehörige Abstimmung der Kundenkonten.

WAS SIE AUSZEICHNET

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Gutes Zahlenverständnis und analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Genaues und sorgfältiges Arbeiten
  • Gute MS-Excel-Kenntnisse
  • Teamfähigkeit und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sie haben bereits eine Arbeitserlaubnis für eine Vollzeitbeschäftigung in Österreich

Anfangsgehalt ab €37.000 brutto/Jahr auf Vollzeitbasis (All-in-Vertrag) mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und individueller Vereinbarung.
