We focus on providing exceptional quality, first-class service, and an exquisite range of menu options that are sure to impress.\n DO & CO are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Health & Safety Coordinator who will drive health and safety standards through the provision of advice, support, and guidance.\nHealth and Safety Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that DO & CO adheres to all applicable health and safety regulations whilst also providing support to employees and other managers in their efforts to maintain a safe workplace.\nA Health and Safety Coordinator will investigate accidents or near misses to identify the root cause of the problem and make recommendations for how to prevent it from happening again. This will include making recommendations for certain changes to equipment, procedures, or processes.\nConduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations\nDevelop and implement safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment\nInvestigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions\nProvide safety training to employees on topics such as hazard identification, emergency response, and safe work practices\nPrepare reports on safety performance and present findings to management.\nCollaborate with management to develop and implement safety improvement initiatives\nConduct risk assessments and assist in the development of risk mitigation strategies\nMaintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training sessions\n Proven experience as a Safety Coordinator or similar role\nIn-depth knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis\nExperience in airside - recommendable not necessary\nExcellent report writing skills with attention to detail\nEffective communication skills, both verbal and written\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks\nProficient in using Microsoft Office Suite\nFlexibility in regard to your work availability is essential, as the operation run 7 days a week, including evenings, weekends and public holidays\n We believe that our employees are the driving force behind our success and strive to create a positive and supportive work environment.
