The Senior Technical Consultant is responsible for configuring the ServiceNow Platform on leading practices to provide a solution that achieves customer outcomes.\n\nAs a Senior Technical Consultant, you will:\n\nParticipate in workshops with customers to assess current processes and establish the future state.\n\nDesign and deliver ServiceNow solutions based on defined technical architecture, following technical standards and leading practises.\n\nConsult, Install, configure, and integrate products from ServiceNow on any of the following domains; Platform, Customer Experience & industry solutions, Technology Excellence, Employee Experience..\n\nDevelop custom solutions as required through scripting and application development\n\nPrepare technical documentation as specified in customer contracts and as internally required.\n\nMaintain skills on, HAM (Hardware Asset Management) and/or SAM (Software Asset Management) and/or CSM (Customer Service Management) and/or FSM (Field Service Management), HRSD (HR Service Delivery) and/or ERM (Enterprise Risk Management) and/or\n\nIndustry product offerings such as Telecommunications, Financial Services, etc,..\n\nRequirements of the role:\n\n5+ years experience implementing ServiceNow\n\nStrong ServiceNow core capabilities knowledge, including ITSM and any of HAM, SAM, HRSD, ERM, FSM etc..\n\nIndustry domain expertise in any of: Telecommunications, Banking/Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Government, Field Services, Procurement, etc.\n\nUnderstanding of integrations, data models, and process automation, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.\n\nJavaScript\n\nAbility to travel up to 25%\n\nInterpersonal skills – leading skills, communication, negotiation, focus on details, prioritization, decision-making and strong analytical, and problem-solving skills\n\nAbility to meet deadlines by working under pressure\n\nGood presentation skills\n\nFluent English (Verbal and Written)\n\nWhat we offer:\n\nExcellent remuneration package;\n\n24 paid vacation days;\n\nFlexible working arrangements;\n\nAdditional Health insurance;\n\nTraining and certifications;\n\nGreat working environment and team spirit.\n\nIf you feel that this role would fit your personal interests and plans for professional development, we would like to hear from you!
