\n2. 证书要求：持一级造价工程师（水利或土建专业）职业资格证书，且须注册在本公司; \n3. 经验背景：8年以上工程造价相关工作经验，其中3年以上项目负责人岗位经验，具备大型房建、市政、火电、道路、光伏、风电等项目的全过程造价咨询业绩; \n4. 专业技能：精通房建、市政、火电、道路、光伏、风电行业的定额标准及计价规范，熟练操作广联达、易投、同望等主流计价软件，具备独立编制大型项目全过程造价成果文件的能力;
