You can work from anywhere in the US.\nWhat You'll Do:\nManage and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns across Google and Meta on behalf of clients\n\nHandle budgets, bidding strategies, ad targeting and creative, keeping everything running efficiently and on spend\n\nMonitor day-to-day budget pacing and flag issues or risks early\n\nConduct regular account audits to catch opportunities and problems before they grow\n\nDig into analytics to spot trends, surface insights and continuously improve campaign performance\n\nConduct ongoing keyword research, expansion and refinement\n\nTrack, report and analyze website analytics and campaign data\n\nJoin partner calls to walk through performance and answer questions in plain language\n\nStay curious about changes in the digital marketing landscape and bring ideas to the team\n\nWhat We're Looking For:\n2 to 4 years of hands-on experience running and managing campaigns in Google Ads, Meta, or a related paid media channel, building and owning campaigns, not just monitoring or reporting on them\n\nComfortable working in fast-moving, high-volume accounts without losing accuracy or attention to detail\n\nComfortable talking through performance data with a client or account owner, not just pulling it into a spreadsheet\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\n\nComfortable working with data; spreadsheets and pivot tables don't intimidate you\n\nYou're the kind of person who figures things out, follows through, and raises a flag before something becomes a problem\n\nA genuine drive to grow, learn and get better at your craft\n\nExperience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager or Looker Studio is a plus\n\nHome builder or real estate industry experience is a plus, but not required\n\nFour-year degree preferred, but not required if your experience speaks for itself\n\nWhy Join Us:\nResults over hype.
